My Work, My Church and My Marriage. Life is a balancing act with competing priorities. This week puts marriage and family first in line, and is an opportunity for couples to reassess their roles in the church, how the church changes marriage and raising kids, and how to maintain vital marriage and family relationships in the fishbowl that can be the church. Time will be spent apart and together in conversation about marriage and raising a family while in ministry, and setting the goals and priorities in one’s personal life that are supportive of one’s effectiveness in the church. A nursery and babysitting are provided twice a day with an exciting and engaging program for elementary-aged kids. Here is a week to get the priorities in the right order.
