How to Submit Your Offer:
- Complete and return three items:
- The Offer Packet with your signed Purchase Agreement(s), contact information, and assurance of financial ability. Submit a signed “Agreement to Lease Real Estate”. You will be awarded a maximum of one lease.
- The New Lessee Application Packet including references. Note: The Community Buy-In Fee described in that packet need not be submitted as it is incorporated into the Offering Price for these lots.
- A nonrefundable application fee of $150.00.

Timeline:
1. Application packet acceptance will commence on March 1st, 2025 and close on
April 30th, 2025.
LLCC reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend or revise this process. The Board
of Trustees shall have final say on all issues relating to the application process and lease
awards, and no determination is final until board approval.
2. If you are notified of a lease award, your down payment of 10% will be due within fourteen (14) business days. If you fail to make timely payment, LLCC reserves the right to withdraw its lease award. A grant of any modification or extension in one instance does not obligate LLCC to grant a modification or extension in any other instance.
